UPDATE #1: I want to update this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy client. After, I explained that his service supplier sprayed all around my bed, and also the things underneath my mattress, charged me an outrageous cost and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard see this much bigger than mine to get $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of everything I had been charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt great about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my workers treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I would have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about how I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
